Superior Junior Suite (Harder/ Interlaken View)

These modern suites measure approximately 35 m² and includes a living area with sofa, a writing desk, a luxurious bed and a spacious bathroom. The wide windows look out to the Harder mountain or Interlaken. The bright room features clear lines, discreet colors and elegant furniture, while muted greys and blue tones capture the colors of the surrounding landscape.

Deluxe Junior Suite (Jungfrau View)

Measuring approximately 40 m², this Junior Suite includes a living area with sofa, a writing desk, a generously proportioned bathroom and a luxury bed from which you can see the legendary Jungfrau. The furnishings are classically elegant. The understated luxury of the Deluxe Junior Suite is also reflected in the elegant color scheme and high-quality fabrics.

Bel Air Suites (Garden View)

The approximately 65 m² suites leave enough space to find your own equilibrium. They benefit from direct access to the 5500 m² Spa Nescens with its extensive range of wellness, gym and beauty facilities. Deluxe Duplex Suite

Extending over two floors, the 70 m² Deluxe Duplex Suite is characterised by harmonious colours, fine fabrics and high-quality materials. The open-plan bedroom with a spacious bathroom is located on the upper floor, while the lower floor, with its spacious living room and guest bathroom, is perfectly designed for cozy get togethers. Tower Suite

The Tower Suite is one place you’ll never want to leave! Its 215 m² is equipped with a bedroom with separate bathroom, a dining room with terrace, an entrance hall, a separate kitchen and a living area. Clean lines and elegant furnishings contribute to the understated luxury of our largest suite. The Tower Suite can be linked to an additional bedroom. A curved staircase leads to the second terrace on the upper floor, which offers glorious views of the alpine panorama of the Bernese Oberland.

La Terrasse Brasserie

Modernly interpreted Swiss dishes and international classics are combined in the La Terrasse Brasserie menu. “Simple but outstanding” is executive chef Stefan Beer’s motto for the versatile dishes, which feature selected high-quality products, most of which come from the region. This further strengthens the local connection and the close relationship with the local suppliers and producers in terms of sustainability. An exquisite selection of wines and beers complement the culinary offerings at La Terrasse Brasserie. In spring and summer, the terrace of La Terrasse Brasserie invites you with an unforgettable view of the eternally white Jungfrau massif.

Radius by Stefan Beer

Executive Chef Stefan Beer and his team seamlessly continue the success story of the former fine dining restaurant "La Terrasse" and only bring to the plate what grows and flourishes within a radius of 50 km. The "Menü vo hie", features ingredients such as wood sorrel (Uetendorf), shrimps (Burgdorf), mirabelles (hotel garden), homemade vinegars - all from hand-picked producers.

The entire kitchen team maintains a close and personal relationship with the hunters, fishermen, cheesemakers, farmers and regional producers who supply choice ingredients for the dishes. Herbs, berries and nuts come from the Victoria garden and are transformed into epicurean delights. The dishes are sometimes playful, sometimes reduced, always modern and creative. A culinary experience also for vegan guests – they enjoy a 9-course menu that follows the Radius concept. The sommelier team around Torsten Noack offers a harmonious wine accompaniment from the canton of Bern to match the “Menü vo hie”.

Ristorante e Pizzeria Sapori

Delve into the world of sapori – Italian aromas. Fresh spices, cold-pressed oils and selected ingredients conspire to create dishes that transport you directly to Italy. Bruschette vari gusti, veal escalope in a lime sauce, freshly caught seafood and fish and classic pasta dishes celebrate the country’s cucina. Not forgetting a wide selection of fine fare for vegetarians and vegans. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the stone oven, where our pizzaiolo goes about creating your favorite pizza. The Sapori is rightly proud of its extensive selection of wines by the glass and exquisite bottles from Italy’s best growing regions. Visit us for lunch or for an intimate dinner with your loved ones. And since we “eat first with our eyes”, as the saying goes, the Sapori is located in the loveliest room of the establishment. In summer, enjoy your aperitivo on the terrace – there’s no charge for the breathtaking mountain panorama and Italian charm. A presto!
